These were just a few ideas that I've learned over the years. But to get a better idea of your special day, call or email me and we can set up an appointment. I know it can be tough trusting someone to do DJ/MC your wedding, but If I'm not the DJ/MC for you then I'll help you find someone who is.

1. Agree to NOT disagree. This is your day and you should enjoy it because it'll be a day you'll remember for a long time. Little issues are going to come up here and there, but have faith in your vendors and know they'll take care of what needs to be taken care of.
2. Make sure you utilize your wedding party. They're here to help make your day easier. Assign them certain tasks and be clear about what you want them to do. The less you have to worry about the better.
3. Remember you're the center of attention. Your guests will be watching what you do. Have fun , mix, mingle, and DANCE. You and your wedding party set the tone for the night.
4. Make sure you drink plenty of water and eat your dinner. You will be up and on your feet for many hours and there's a lot going on. You don't want to get a headache or be tired early in the evening because you didn't eat or drink.
5. Keep your wedding cake out of the sun and away from heavy traffic. The last thing you want is it melting or someone bumping into it.
6. Make an emergency kit and have someone (not you)be responsible for it; aspirin .Turns .buttons ,white-out .safety pins ,band aids .needle and thread .etc.
7. Speakers, they get louder as the night goes on. Seat the "Dancers" closer to the speakers and the dance floor.
8. Make sure you pick music that both you and your guests will enjoy especially when it comes to dancing. They don't have to like every single song just some that they can dance to.
9. When planning your special day make sure it is planned exactly the way you want. I merely give suggestions, but you have the final say it how it's put together.
10. Kids like to keep busy whether it's running around, dancing, eating, or having activities for them at their table. I always suggest getting coloring books, crayons , and even a few simple toys to keep them occupied. If the kids are happy then mom and dad can enjoy them selves and have a good time.
